Russian Military Strategic Shifts
Defense force members will now have to protect fuel facilities against unmanned assaults after the president approved legislation on the start of the week increasing their involvement in the military campaign. The Russian ruler also signed a law allowing military conscription throughout the year whereas previously it was possible only during specific times in autumn and spring.
